Shipping policy
Please note that order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.
- We process orders within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Shipping to cities is always faster than shipping to rural areas.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
- If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at hello@repeatabltravel.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
At this time we are unable to ship outside of the U.S. This may change in the future and we will be sure to update you as soon as that happens.
Local delivery & Pick-Up
We do not offer local delivery or pick-up.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can track your order here.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@repeatabltravel.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@repeatabltravel.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
